Children's Views

We receive feedback from the children in our school in so many different ways and we listen to the comments they share about their learning and wider experiences as a member of our school. 

Here are some of their comments;

“I love the daily mile because I get fit for the rest of the day.”

“I love lunchtimes because we can play with our friends on the field and in the forest area.”

“I enjoy when we play in the wooden house, the dancing area and the obstacle course and cuddly toys.”

“I enjoy the climbing frame. I have got stronger on the climbing wall.”

“Lots of animals in my class. Joey – play with toys.”

“I like doing Maths. It is an activity I love, adding and subtracting. The teachers make it fun.”

“Art is my favourite. I loved painting Mary Seacole. We also made a bust of Mary Seacole out of clay. I loved it. We even saw her in class, not the real one, we learnt from her.”

“Computing is great. I am good at coding!”

“I like my friends. They are kind and good fun. We play tag and running. I also love football club.”

“We dug for dinosaur bones and we even made a velociraptor.”

“I like Forest School because we learnt how to make a fire. We practised until it worked and made a hot chocolate!”

“I loved Forest School when we made tents."

“I love Art Club. I loved making an owl with feathers.”

“I love cooking because we make food and eat it after. Tasty Tuesday teaches us to try new fruit and vegetables. I even tried spinach.”
