Two Community police officers visited our school last week and our children enjoyed an assembly with them. They shared their role in the community and spoke about their uniforms so that the public can identify them. The children enjoyed listening to the sounds coming from the walkie talkie!  We want to promote a positive connection between law enforcement and our children, emphasising safety and the officers' significance in our lives. The visit left children excited and hopefully with a greater appreciation for our local heroes.
